Ah Ding just told me about an excellent housing bargain.  A bargain?  Does it offer value for money?  Let me see!  Wait a minute!  It’s a unit in an industrial building, innit? That means your neighbours could be keeping inflammable or dangerous goods, or even conducting industrial activities involving chemical substances and welding when you sleep.  It’ll put your life at risk!  It’s full of dangers.  Don’t take it as a residence!
