What?  Sparks in the rear staircase?!  Oh my god!  The electric cables and meters are on fire!  Hey hey hey!  Let us remind all individual owners, property management companies and Owners’ Corporations that non-emergency services inside escape staircases should be enclosed with fire rated materials.  The services in the escape staircases, including electric cables and meters, may be burned in a fire and the escape staircases will be rendered useless.  Provision of fire rated enclosure is necessary!
