We’ve talked about the three classes of minor works. Please note that submission of document to the Buildings Department is required for all three classes.
Hey hey hey, property owners! Remember to appoint prescribed building professionals/prescribed registered contractors so that you don’t have to worry about the submissions!
Build & Ding Reminders on the deadlines for the submission:
Works under Class I and Class II
- Submission before commencement of works: not less than 7 days
- Submission after completion of works: within 14 days
Works under Class III
- Submission before commencement of works is not required
- Submission after completion of works: within 14 days
