When troubled by window safety issues, building owners can now look for price quotes from qualified persons (QPs) and appoint one to carry out inspection or repair for their windows through the “WIN SAFE” app, in which a chatroom is in place to facilitate communication between owners and QPs. Owners might also rate the QP appointed according to their overall performance upon completion of the works!
Furthermore, users can make enquiries to the Buildings Department about MWIS notices or apply for an Extension of Time through the App. Download now to try out these and other handy functions.
