The ceremony was held at the Building Information Centre of the Buildings Department. ‘BD Band’, which is composed of colleagues of the Buildings Department, were invited to perform in the ceremony. During the specially designed programme, "The King of Comic X Drama ", the winners of the Drama Competition used their drama performance to simulate the stories of the winning entries of the Comic Competition. The show was great and funny.
