【There’s a door inside a signboard?】

Quiz time~ What is the use of this door?

A.    It’s a door to a hobbit-hole.

B.    It’s for inspection of the concealed structural elements inside a signboard.

It’s actually an access panel.  Please be reminded that all signboards containing concealed structural elements should have access panels of not less than 200 mm in dimension or diameter for inspection of the concealed structure.
